Cum sant curiosa, am facut cateva incercari si iata ce a rezultat.

Puneti pe o farfurie frunzele de patrunjel spalate si uscate si apoi in micro-ondes timp de 1 minute. 

Rezultat satisfacator - frunzele sant toate uscate, culoarea este intotdeauna verde. Spalati si curatati merele de coaja. Taiati merele in patru, inlaturati cotorul si samburii.

Dificultatea a fost de a realiza un rozace de cartofi, de a le da o forma reguliera, pentru a-i pune in forma, a trebuit sa-i fierb un pic, dar nu prea mult.

Deja, anul trecut vroiam sa incerc un ketchup, dar cand vedeam unele retete, in care se pune foarte mult zahar, am renuntat.
Pentru a nu-l face prea dulce, am incercat ceva mai picant si foarte aromat.
De obicei, in retetele de ketchup, pentru 1 kg de rosii, se pune 0.5 kg de zahar - dupa mine este prea mult.

Astazi, am auzit vorbind de nuci - fructe de sezon. M-am decis sa fac repede si eu ceva. Dar nu vroiam ceva complicat, deci am adaptat reteta mea de brownies cu alune si ciocolata. Nu stiam ca o sa fie mari, pot zice uriasi. Am avut mai multi dovlecei de aceasta marime, am utilizat numai miezul si am preparat in gratin cu sos Mornay, parfumat cu usturoi si busuioc.

Eu fac propria mea reteta si prefer sa-l reduc mai mult pentru a face cuburi de bulion concentrate,astfel inlocuiesc cuburile Knorr sau Maggi. Astfel le pot pune in tot felul de mancaruri, pentru a le aromatiza, fara a utiliza produse cu conservator, aromatizanti sau coloronti.
